RENTAL - Blush - Large Painted Plaster Photo Surface (36"x48")
Rental price listed is for one week (5 business days). Unless previously negotiated, late fees will be incurred if rental period exceeds the agreed upon term. Extended rentals are charged a pro-rated rate of 20% of the weekly charge for each additional day of overtime use.
Please note we cannot ship our Large Painted Photo Surfaces (36"x48"). All Large Painted Photo Surfaces (36"x48") must be picked up at our studio in Los Gatos, CA or delivered for a fee starting at $100. Please email us at email@example.com with your surface selection and shoot date before checking out.
Renter assumes full responsibility for lost or damaged goods. Repair fees are charged when we must go beyond usual cleaning and maintenance. Such charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Damaged items must be returned. In cases where items are damaged beyond repair, total replacement fee is set at five times the rental cost. Items damaged beyond repair must also be returned. Replacement fee is separate from rental fee.
Payment must be paid in full prior to release.
This painted photo surface is finely constructed from 100% artist grade solid wood. The smooth wooden panel has a 1-1/2” profile and is cradled with a solid frame that won’t warp, stretch, or bend. A unique hand painted wood surface like this is an ideal food photography and product photography background, with its imperfections and subtle variations in texture and tone. IMPORTANT: All photo surfaces are not food safe, so we highly recommend you discard all food that has been on the surface.

Shop orders typically ship out within 1-3 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Shop orders within the USA typically arrive within 3-10 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Please note we add a Signature Confirmation for all orders to ensure proper delivery.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If you choose to select First Class mailing, please note that these items are not insured unless you select to pay for insurance. Priority is insured automatically. If your item is damaged, you will need to file a claim with the USPS (https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm) or UPS (https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/claims-support.page).
Make sure your billing and shipping addresses are correct when placing your order to guarantee correct delivery. Photo Surfaces cannot re-route packages.
Shop items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for store credit only. Returned items must be unused and in good condition.
Custom made items are not returnable nor are sale items (this includes promotional and discounted items), or gift cards. However, exchanges and new purchases made with store credit are subject to shipping fees.

Sale Items, Exchanges, Cancellations
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of your purchase. If a request is made after the 12 hour cycle, the cancellation will be denied as the order will already be on its way to production.
We reserve the right to update our shipping and returns policy at any point in time.
